Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add raspberries and jalapeños. Cook until raspberries break down. Add honey and soy sauce, simmer until thickened. Return chicken to the pan and coat well with the sauce. Cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
