Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices thick bread brioche preferred
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Spread the mixture on bread slices. Add strawberries and banana slices on top. Cover with another slice to make sandwiches.
    In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
    Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
    Cook on the pan until golden brown on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
    Serve hot with maple syrup or extra fruits.
