Ingredients
  

  • 250 g thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp gochujang
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Marinate Beef

    Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, gochujang, and pepper. Add beef and marinate for 15–20 minutes.

    Step 2: Grill Beef

    Heat a pan and cook beef for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely charred. Set aside.

    Step 3: Make Broth

    In a saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger. Add broth, gochujang, chili flakes, and soy sauce. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

    Step 4: Cook Noodles

    Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook for 3–4 minutes.

    Step 5: Prepare Creamy Sauce

    In another pan, melt butter. Add cream and cream cheese, stir until smooth.

    Step 6: Combine

    Pour creamy sauce into the ramen broth and mix well.

    Step 7: Assemble

    Pour ramen into a bowl, top with grilled beef and toppings. Serve hot.
