  • 500 g ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon keto-friendly sweetener optional
  • 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds optional

Instructions
