Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Crushed vanilla wafers for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish. Prepare vanilla pudding with cold milk and mix in sliced bananas. Spread into dish.
    In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour over pudding layer.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
    Cool for 10 minutes, top with crushed vanilla wafers, and serve warm.
