Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices salami
  • 10 slices turkey or ham
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 small tomato diced and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix lettuce, banana peppers, olives, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Lay one slice of salami flat on a clean surface.
    Add one slice of turkey or ham on top.
    Place one slice of provolone cheese over the meat.
    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top.
    Add a spoonful of the vegetable mixture near one edge.
    Roll tightly into a wrap shape.
    Secure with a toothpick if needed.
    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately or chill before serving.
