Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 empanada dough discs
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar for topping
  • Oil for frying or baking spray

Instructions
 

  • Cook apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a pan until soft. Cool completely.
    Add filling to dough discs, fold in half, and seal edges with a fork.
    Bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes or fry until golden brown.
    Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
