Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sliced peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
    Mix peaches and raspberries with a little sugar and set aside.
    In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
    Add milk and vanilla extract, mix into a smooth batter.
    Pour melted butter into the baking dish.
    Pour batter over the butter (do not mix).
    Add fruit mixture on top (do not stir).
    Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
    Let it cool slightly before serving.
