- For the Stir Fry
- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak thinly sliced
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small zucchini sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper sliced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- For the Sauce
- ¼ cup coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
Slice the steak thinly against the grain and pat the shrimp dry.Mix the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, lime juice, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side, then transfer to a plate.Cook the shrimp for about 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet.Add broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.Add garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds.Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet.Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together for 1–2 minutes.Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.Serve immediately with cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, or your favorite keto side.
