- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
