Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn fresh or canned
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.Transfer the cooked beef into the crock pot.Add chopped onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, beans, corn, taco seasoning, and beef broth.Stir everything well to combine.Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and stir until fully melted.Add heavy cream if using, and mix until smooth and creamy.Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese or tortilla chips.
