Ingredients
  

  • For Chicken
  • 250 g boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • For Pasta
  • 200 g pasta penne or fettuccine
  • Water for boiling
  • Salt
  • For Creamy Spicy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook Pasta

    Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Step 2: Cook Chicken

    Season chicken with spices. Heat oil in a pan and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

    Step 3: Prepare Sauce Base

    In the same pan, add butter and oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

    Step 4: Make Creamy Sauce

    Add cream and milk. Stir in chili flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.

    Step 5: Add Cheese

    Mix in grated cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.

    Step 6: Combine

    Add cooked chicken and pasta into the sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.

    Step 7: Serve

    Garnish with herbs and extra cheese. Serve hot.
