- 250 g boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- For Pasta
- 200 g pasta penne or fettuccine
- Water for boiling
- Salt
- For Creamy Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup fresh cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce optional
Step 1: Cook Pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.Step 2: Cook Chicken
Season chicken with spices. Heat oil in a pan and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.Step 3: Prepare Sauce Base
In the same pan, add butter and oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.Step 4: Make Creamy Sauce
