Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini spiralized
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and pat them dry with paper towels.
    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook in olive oil until golden and fully cooked.
    In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
    Return the chicken to the skillet, add the zucchini noodles, and toss for 1–2 minutes until just tender.
    Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
