Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 250 grams pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and slice into strips.
    In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
    Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    Pour in heavy cream and cook on low heat.
    Add parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
    Mix in the cooked pasta and combine well.
    Add sliced chicken and mix gently.
    Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
