Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • For Coating:
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    In a saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar, and salt until simmering.
    Add flour and stir until dough forms a ball.
    Let dough cool for 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
    Transfer dough to piping bag and pipe bite-sized shapes on tray.
    Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
    Brush warm bites with melted butter.
    Mix cinnamon and sugar, then coat churro bites evenly.
    Serve warm with chocolate or caramel dip.
