Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pancake batter
  • 1 can Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil Maple syrup optional Fresh fruit optional Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare pancake batter and open the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. Save the icing packet.
    Cut cinnamon rolls into small pieces. Heat a greased skillet over medium-low heat.
    Pour pancake batter onto the skillet and place cinnamon roll pieces on top.
    Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
    Stack pancakes and drizzle warm icing over the top.
    Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
