Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Grease a baking dish and layer bread cubes, cream cheese, and blueberries.
    Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
    Pour the custard evenly over the bread mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
    Drizzle with melted butter before baking.
    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–55 minutes until golden.
    Let rest for 10 minutes.
    Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh blueberries, or berry compote.
